From rapid boils to the most delicate simmers, cooking with Wolf’s Gas Cooktop helps me master my favorite summer recipes, like this classic Wisconsin Fish Fry. 🐟Here’s the Details!👇 WISCONSIN BEER BATTERED FISH FRY -Fresh caught fish (perch or bluegill) -1 cup of beer -1 package of fish breading -Oil for frying Prepare the fish and remove all bones, then toss in a sealed bag with half of the dry fish breading until evenly coated. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat on your Wolf Gas Cooktop, bringing to 350-375 degrees. Add the beer to the other half of breading, stir to combine. Drench the coated fish into the mixture and then add to the oil until crispy golden brown. Remove onto a paper towel and continue the process until all fish is breaded.
